Teams:

• Nine Skaters (no designated positions)
• One Goalie  (skills divsion rotates goalie)
• Two Volunteer Coaches
• 1-2 games per week ( usually one weekday plus a weekend game).
• Games are 3 - 18 minute periods ( each shift is 1- 1/2 minutes in duration)
• Non-stop: Clock is stopped for penalty shots only.
• 2 minute warm-up at the begining of each game
• Balanced Lines
• Each player receives  6 games and a jersey to keep
